I have been doing occasional interviews, but I will be doing guest posts, and I just got into a cool system that actually helps you not just with topics to post, but to carry on the conversations that other bloggers have on their own.. I will be talking about it in a new blog post I will be publishing a in few hours.

It is always good to try something new as it might work. I do this sometimes too and it is like marketing, you will never know what works until you try it.

I just started looking into the option to allow others to guest post on my sites. So far I haven't put out any request, just researching it a lot. Looking at the different options like to give the person an account in word press as a contributor or just have them email me the post.
Sounds like most people start with email until the person because a regular guest poster.
My recent post <a href="http:\/\/www.benway.net\/2010\/01\/29\/they-grow-up-so-fast\/" target="_blank">They grow up so fast</a>
