You will be approached by people wanting use their guest post opportunity to slip in keywords for a client. This is where you read and have control over your content. For me, I tell people that my site is not their advertising ground unless they want to purchase advertising. They are welcome to put in their bio their site and a little about them, but it is not a place to upsell. The only thing you can do is to think of what you do not want in your articles.
