My personal suggestion as I have been using some of the services is to be picky. Do not just let any tweet go through. Approve ones that are relevant to what you consistently post. Some may have a wide variety of topics, and some are focused. Your followers generally will accept an occasionally sponsored post... but constantly pumping the ads - not a good way to attract or retain followers.

I am very active on Twitter with over 21,000 followers (@J_T_Ray) and I've looked into those services. I found that my followers hated when I had paid tweets in my stream. If you use Twitter to promote your site than I would suggest staying away from paid to tweet services as you will turn off many of your loyal readers. Or you could setup a seperate account but it's a lot of work for very little pay.
My recent post <a href="http://www.articulateblogger.com/social-media-wins-from-big-businesses/" rel="nofollow">Social Media Wins From Big Businesses</a>

I think they only do payments with Paypal, so if you are in a country that Paypal does not provide service, I would say to send Paypal a letter to ask if they will provide a service in your country sometime in the near future.

Would anybody help me answering how SponseredTweets make payments? Do they send cheque or payment is made through Paypal account? If someone hasn't paypal account, how is he paid?
