Pimpin my car

I got my car back from the shop and decided to have the mechanic put a chrome tailpipe on it. He had a few offers, and I thought this one looked the best.

The mechanic actually loved my car (even what was under the hood…) and suggested his idea of putting dual exhaust on the car. I am seriously considering it.

A few weeks ago, I had also got inspired and put chrome striping and also chrome on the door. The door panel use to be black. As for the previous striping on the car, it was two very thin golden lines. I like the thicker chrome.

Other things I want to do to my car before I finally trade it off is change the tan interior to sky blue. It will be very unique. It will most likely be expensive, but I think it will look great!

‘Exhaust’ive

I have been working on InuYasha-fanfiction.com and trying to get some of the activities that I had planned up and running. The site is now over 1 year old, and has its own Yahoo! Group. I am also putting together a LiveJournal community for drabbles as it is something that has become popular amongst the fanfic writers. I promoted a few people to help moderate the group as it has grown over 1500 members.

Angel started school last week. I bought him a KungFu Panda backpack. Luis asked me if I could, so I did, but I allowed Angel to make the choice on what he wanted. The only thing is that when Angel showed Luis, I guess Luis had forgotten what he asked and went ahead to buy one. So, Angel now has two backpacks.

My car is in the shop. The exhaust disconnected from the engine. The car sounds so loud right now. I originally was going to have my car done at Midas, but they wanted to charge $781. That is insane! Instead a few people, including my father called around and got me hooked up with a mechanic who will not charge even half of that.

There are some things I wanted to say in this blog, but I have decided since that is between me and that person right now, it is best to not mention it. I have had to deal with a lot of immaturity that I never even had to experience back in high school. People assume a lot and ask all sorts of things that they have no business asking. Just because you are out somewhere with someone of the opposite gender does not mean you are having intimate relations. Apparently quite a few people from work read my blog because they are nosey and have nothing better to do with their boring lives, than figure whom I hang out with or do whatever with. I guess until I finally get a job from one of the places I have sent my resume, then I will mention something. Yes, that does mean I am looking to get a job that involves never having to work for where I do right now. I think anyone can form their own opinion based on the facts in the last two blogs. It is terrible enough for anyone to have to work in a place that decides they also man the outside world too when it is not even a part of the job protocol.
