ChatCatcher is not just a plugin for WordPress blogs, but other types of blog systems. It is suppose to catch your messages at various places. One of them is Twitter. The script is great in getting trackbacks, but it does not catch everything.
Understandable… nothing is perfect. However, how can ChatCatcher improve upon this. I imagine it has to do on the growth of twitter versus the server load that ChatCatcher can take. Of course, I am sure there is a script to combat spam and a lot gets ate up by that. And an added… of course, I am assuming that as I know I would do what I could to eliminate spam on a popular script that involves the transfer of information from one place to another.
I do recommend ChatCatcher to use if you have a blog and twitter. However, if you find you are not having all your tweets trackbacked onto your blog posts, do not be disappointed. It is just expected to be a hit and miss type deal.
